KUALA LUMPUR - Orang ramai kini berpeluang membantu pendidikan kanak-kanak yang tidak berkemampuan melalui pelan takaful pendidikan yang diperkenalkan Great Eastern Takaful Sdn. Bhd. (GETSB), I-Great Iqra'.

Pengarah Eksekutif dan Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif GETSB, Mohamad Salihuddin Ahmad berkata, pelan tersebut membolehkan para dermawan mencarum untuk tujuan kebajikan bagi anak-anak yatim yang tinggal di rumah kebajikan yang berdaftar dengan Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat.

"Selain menggalakkan usaha-usaha kebajikan di kalangan masyarakat, pelan ini juga dibuka kepada saudara-saudara terdekat untuk ahli keluarga mereka, seperti datuk untuk membantu pendidikan cucu atau ibu saudara untuk anak saudaranya.

"I-Great Iqra' turut membantu ibu bapa memastikan masa depan yang lebih cerah kepada anak-anak mereka dengan memberikan nilai pelaburan yang tinggi dan perlindungan serta fleksibiliti untuk memenuhi keperluan ibu bapa," katanya pada majlis pelancaran pelan tersebut di sini semalam.

Mohamad Salihuddin menambah, pelan itu juga menganugerahkan ganjaran kepada pemegang polisi untuk kecemerlangan dalam pendidikan.

"Kebanyakan ibu bapa tidak menyedari kos sebenar yang terlibat untuk menanggung keperluan dan perbelanjaan anak-anak yang sentiasa meningkat ekoran peningkatan kadar inflasi,

"Bagi mengurangkan bebanan ini, I-Great Iqra' direka dengan komponen simpanan dan memberikan perlindungan takaful dalam menyediakan asas kukuh keperluan pendidikan anak-anak mereka di masa hadapan," ujarnya.

Silent Thoughts Of A Wife
